DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Can I give zero stars?? Ted from diamondback appraisals came close to an hour late to my home for our appraisal. I wasn't too concerned, we didn't have much going on anyway. That should have been a red flag though! Ted told us he would email the appraisal to me by Wednesday or Thursday the next week (this was on Saturday). Wednesday and Thursday passed without a word from Ted. My husband called him on Friday to see what was going on. Ted said he would have the appraisal by the next day. Did we get it? Nope. So now it's Tuesday and we call again to have him promise us the appraisal within an hour. Still no appraisal. My husband went to his office (which was a disaster. Papers everywhere, no organization whatsoever) where ted was sitting in basketball shorts and a tee shirt. My husband asked for our money back and at least he didn't put up a fight to do so. Now we have to find someone else to come do an appraisal for us. We are so frustrated!

Ted charged us for an appraisal and never gave us the appraisal. I would call him daily after the date he said he would have it to us and he would say he would get it out that day and he never did. I finally had to go to his office for my money to be returned. Such a headache. Very unprofessional for a business owner.
