I an very happy with discount cab, all the cab drivers I have had since taking taxi's have been very friendly. Tye Heinrichs was far the most pleasant person I have met. Even opened the door for me, when picking me up, and dropping me off. Very impressed

If i could give them negative i would. I don't use this place because personally I drive where I need to go but I could say today I was driving home from work on the I10 going to the 202 and I look behind me and there a discount cab and flashing his lights at me I was going the speed limit and all my lights work so there should be no reason why he flashed his lights at me and then he goes over to get off and I notice he flipped me off which I never did anything all I know is he bald headed middle age man. I may not use cab services but I believe that they are the face to the company and should not be having road rage while driving in a company vehicle be professional it's not your own personal vehicle. I definitely would not want a person driving me around with that much anger and I definitely would not remember this company to anyone.
I was picked up at 3:20 by a woman named Laura Briguglio, she was such a pleasant lady and made my ride home so much faster. She was very open and funny. Would definitely rife with her again. Her ID was #1102177. Again, amazing cab driver.
If you want a cab, call here. Three other well rated cabs all dumped me (affiliated), yet Discount showed up with 5 minutes. ADDED BONUS - I forgot my phone in the cab. Not only did they return it, they charged me NOTHING. Thank You Ryan. BTW - Most responsive and understanding drivers you could ask for. THANK YOU for saving my trip.
Just waited half an hour, only to call and be told that the cab I ordered stopped off and picked someone else up and clocked my stop as completed in their system. Now have a 20 minute wait for a new cab to come. Meanwhile, 3 other cabs have passed by. Not using this company again.
Fantastic, I called at 6:50 for a cab at 8:00 they told me that they get as close to the time of pickup as they can. 7:59 he was at my house! Right on time. Mr. Garcia was friendly and a well mannered driver. Thanks guys I will use you again!
This has happened more thank once and I honestly don't know why I continue to use their cabs. The wait time is horrible and when I call checking for the estimate time of arrival I'm told that I've already been picked up or cancelled and have to call again. Complete B.S. thinks it's time to switch to better services or at least offer better services to your customers discount cab instead of late time rude drivers and not answering the phone.
