We have gone to Discount Tires for many years and have never been disappointed. This store is fairly new to us because we moved to a different area of the valley. We still found the people to be pleasant and knowledgeable and the store clean and well run. The precautions for COVID-19 were well thought through and set up nicely. I felt very safe in that area. You can't beat Discount Tires road hazard warranty! This visit was for a replacement of a flat tire and we paid just a little over 20! Keep up the good work you all! I highly recommend Discount Tire. The employees and manager were talking and laughing in the parking lot while the line for air checks was 25 cars long, the manager refused to replace my tire tho I had the certificate it was a road hazard cracked all the way around and showing the steel belts he continued to blame me for driving with low tire pressure which I definitely do not drive with low psi. This discount had to be the worst customer service I have seen from a discount. I ended up going to the next closest discount tire when and where the technician saw my tire immediately he said it was from an impact and said was dangerous to even drive on. He looked up my number and replaced my tire like this one should have done.
I was headed back to Phoenix from Apache Junction when I noticed my tire PSI dropping. I ended up finding this Discount location on Power road. Despite it being near closing time the wonderful staff took very good care of me. They got my tire fixed up and got me on my way very quickly. They were kind and efficient. This is why I buy tires from Discount, and this location is by far the best one in Arizona! I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service! I'm very thankful they were so close, and that they took such good care of me. If you are looking for new tires I highly recommend this location, and don't forget the warranty. Driving in Arizona you never know what you'll come across in the middle of the road, and the warranty they offer is a wonderful peace of mind! Thank you again to the wonderful staff at the Power rd location! Y'all made a stressful situation much less stressful!
Jake made a 2 star experience into a 5 star one. He went above and beyond, when another salesman didn't. I will come back again. Definitely ask for Jake!
This location is very busy. They do make appointments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to building and lots of parking.
