I honestly don't know why they have a very low review. I think they are doing their best trying to deal with each patient. I had a generally good experience and I never had a problem going there. My main doctor, Barry Irons, is very nice and is my anxiety doctor. For people in Mesa and are on a budget, I would recommend this place.

I truly don't understand the negative reviews of this place. I left JFCS for this place and I assure you, I've seen bad mental health care. This isn't it. My therapist Leanne has been the best I've ever dealt with and same with my Psychiatrist Sean. I always get the care I need and beyond and quite frankly, their genuine care for my mental health has not only saved my life but for the first time ever I see a reduction in panic attacks, flash backs and night terrors. I'm not just surviving but actually IMPROVING. I truly don't know why people are so upset with this office. Believe me, there are atrocious mental health facilities and this just simply isn't one of them. I can't thank them enough for all the help they've given me and how kind and professional and understanding they've always been with me.

Need to hire some staff that know how to schedule and confirm appointments and maybe someone that actually answers the phone. Just called and someone answered after 8 min and said please hold and then after another 10min I hung up.

Plan to spend 30 minutes on the phone, and lots of problems getting your zoom links etc. from this provider anytime communication is necessary. Friendly office staff, and I'm very appreciative of Debra Gwerder, NP. Overall, from my short experience- great staff, but terrible communication around appointments and it's extremely frustrating/anxiety inducing. Unless you have time to relentlessly follow up in every aspect surrounding your appointments, DMG might not be worth it to get 20 min a month with a quality provider.
