Not real happy. I turned in my 10 day notice and because it was going to be about 5 days into a new month I was informed I owed for the entire month. They do not prorate or do refunds. I have checked my contract and the policies page and there is nothing about making me pay for an entire month when I do not stay for an entire month.

Very well maintained and the staff is really nice. Pricing is good and the location is convenient.
Renters insurance is not required, by law but here it is, because the guy who answers the phone thinks he's above the law. Public Storage was sued for this because they required renters to carry renters insurance. How do I know this? I worked for Public Storage in 2010, and learned about the class action suit. This place, FORCES you to buy their bogus renters insurance which will not cover your valuables unless you have a receipt for everything purchased. Hey, you've been warned, throw your money into the fire at your own expence if you want to. But, your best bet is to bring your own renters insurance, at least you know what you're working with.
Clean and well maintained. Wish they would let you use self service a little later than 9pm, but get it for security reasons. I have seen some rat traps set up so that makes me a little nervous.
Site is clean, staff is friendly and efficient.
