The ordering process and customer service on the front end went without a hitch! We receive our new doors and they were GORGEOUS. Sadly one of the custom doors was wrongly measured and we were unable to install it with the rest of the doors. We called and emailed and received no response. Eventually someone from the warehouse answered and was extremely helpful! They were able to build a frame for my installer to use my door while they placed an order for the new one. 12 weeks went by and I thought the door should have arrived or someone should have contacted me about the door to deliver and install. I called to follow up. Nothing. They didn’t have the door and the order had been lost. Sad.

Extraordinary customer service! We did an entire remodel and added new baseboards from Doorman Stan. They are stunning! Two years later, we damaged one of the boards (totally our fault) and I called to get a replacement. I sent a picture, the employee identified the board and viola! I'm off to pick up a few more boards. Really great experience with the company, both two years ago and again today!

Called up and ordered a 28” door. Rep on the phone said he would send an invoice but never did. I called back a few days later to get the invoice and again never sent. Went to pick up door 2 weeks later and they made a 32” door. The receptionist said to talk to the owner about a price adjustment. Owner tried to make it my fault that their rep ordered a 2’8 door instead of a 28” door. He straight up said “well I am not just going to eat it on this door” and would not give any adjustment. Poor customer service, poor response, and poor leadership.

I recently bought my baseboards and at the sales office they informed me that they would cut the baseboards so they can fit in my truck. When I went to pick up my order at the warehouse this other lady wanted to charge me! The warehouse lady was extremely rude and told me after they would cut them but there power went out and couldn’t which I believe is an excuse.
