Last Saturday, my husband went to Oro Valley Hospital Emergency because he had a kidney stone, and was in extreme pain. They did the necessary tests and sent him home with pain pills to control the pain until he could get an appt. with Dr. Grossklaus. Now, it's a week later and his pain has hit with a vengeance. The nice lady that answered the phone was very professional and told us to come in to see the Dr. right away. The staff jumped through hoops to get the records from the emergency room and to schedule the surgery for the next weekday. We were very impressed with Dr. Grossklaus and his staff. They were very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone needing professional help.

This office is very efficiently managed and the staff is friendly. Dr. Joseph Worischeck is a distinguished surgeon. His bedside manor is reassuring and his skill as a Fellow of Urologic Surgery is excellent.

Unacceptable customer service, the black hole/voicemail box....... I can only review the administrative side of the business. I was referred to Southwest Urological Specialist by my Primary Care Physician and was to wait for a call from Southwest Urological Specialist to schedule an appointment. The call never came so I called myself to make an appointment. I was only able to leave a a voice mail and that call was never returned. I finally called again and got a live person. I explained my issue but they insisted I leave another voice mail with scheduling. That voice mail was also never returned. After more than a week of trying to get an appointment I gave up and went to another Urological office. I still have yet to hear from Southwest Urological Specialist.

This is by far the best Urology office around ! The doctors here are very friendly and very understanding. All the staff at this facility are so sweet and easy to get along with as long as you have a great attitude and smile. They all try their best to make every office visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this office to everyone and anyone !
