Dr. KAGIE truly cares about her patients. You may have to wait a few extra minutes to see her, but that's bc she doesnt rush through her patients. I have thoroughly enjoyed each visit with her as she takes time to explain things fully and really wants what's best for her patients health.

Dr Kagie has been my family physician for 10 years. She is awesome. She is very kind, caring, and of course a great doctor. She has never failed to help me and other family members find solutions to our health issues. Yes she’s hard to get in to see. Probably because no one ever leaves her care. Be patient with the staff. They’ve had a lot of changes . But every time I’ve encountered a problem, they’ve gone out of their way to solve whatever it is. Great doctor and staff.

I have been to this office twice. I do like Dr. Kagie, she does seem caring, however my first appointment was for severe sciatica. She said she was going to order an MRI but never did. I had to call the office multiple times. It tooka month to get my MRI scheduled. second time was today, I went in for a nurse visit to get a strep test. I have had strep twice in a month. She told me she'd send something stronger in, which she did. But the cost of the prescription was more than I could afford. I called back and the receptionist if they can send something more affordable and she sad yes. I called 3 times to check and see if they sent anything and try hadn't but the receptionist promised it would get sent in. It is now a hour past the time they closed and I have zero antibiotics. I've called the pharmacy, I've called the after hours number. Nothing. I am so angry that I have spent all day trying to get treatment and they obviously don't care enough for their patients

I called to make an appointment with this doctor, 3 times, and had to leave a message, finally I get a call back to be told that I supposably made a appointment with Dr Kagie in 2017, and was a No Show...\so they claim\, and due to this I will never be eligible to see this doctor,....I wonder if this practice is part of the Hippocratic Oath that every doctor promise....Sure didn't help my anxiety and stress. Sure doesn't sound like someone who cares about people
