My family and I have tested a few times at the CGCC Pecos. We have had the pleasure to have Maddie as our nurse. (I believe her name was Maddie! She had an injury to her ankle!) She was sweet both times we went. Down to Earth. Talked us through everything. Was very realistic (let us know there was a huge influx of people and we may be waiting for our results a bit longer than normal). She is going to do well in her career path!

Brought my GF here because she is pregnant and they told us to pay the 200 because she didn’t have her insurance card with her. Although she had her ID number. They told us once we bring the card in we will get refunded. She brought the card back and they said they would reverse the charge. They didn’t. She reached out again. They didn’t reverse it again. She tried again and couldn’t get anyone in billing on the phone. 3 separate times being told the charge would be reversed and still hasn’t happened. Pretty ridiculous.

Embry has been so easy and convenient for COVID testing. But the real home run is the staff running these satellite locations. Every single person has been so kind, informative and patient, despite long lines and busy days. I've seen their teamwork--even laughing, having fun and seemingly enjoying their work which is amazing. I realize Embry Women's is a separate entity from the Embry TestNow locations but I really hope you can pass along our gratitude for all they're doing for our communities these days.
