There was a very rude, heavyset woman named Janice who works there. She was extremely incompetent and I could tell she didn’t know what she was doing after a medication error was made. Supposedly she was a nurse but I have serious doubts. I will be doing more research on places next time.

I live in California, trying my best to manage my Mother’s health care in Phoenix. After being in the hospital, rehab and then assisted living, she wanted to go home. What A relief, I feel that I finally found a professional agency with a sincere desire to take care of my mother’s health, safety & living needs !! The whole team at Endeavor has been professional and quick to respond to our needs. Stephanie took the lead, warm with my mother and attentive to my direction and guidance. My mother can be difficult with her dementia, but the caregivers are professional and patient with her. As issues arise with my mother, Steve is there to manage the situation. I feel the agency is organized and maintains a professional understanding on how to take care of the elderly and keeping them safe. Endeavor was such a great service for my mom. They helped with everything from light cleaning, taking her to her appointments to picking up Starbucks. I only wish w had contacted them for help sooner. They truly made the families life easier, not worrying on days we couldn’t help and made life better for my mom.
I have utilized Endeavor Senior In-Home care for the last 11 months. Their staff is very professional and at the same time comforting. My 94 year old father would agree that going with Endeavor was a great decision. Many thanks to Stefanie, Barbara, Maria, Muriel and Deidree for being so good to my father. It is GREATLY appreciated!
