I have lived in the Sunland Village apts now since the end of May, I have been very happy here its very quiet here and my neighbors are very friendly. I have only had one problem since I moved in and they had someone over here right after I called, you can't asked for better than that. I was moving back to my home state of Arizona from Nevada and they were nice enough to let my grandson go in the apartments and check them out for me, they are a really good company to work with. Farnsworth Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing have provided great services over the years. They reach twice a year for maintenance checks, and have convenient appointments available. Joe, the person who maintains AC and furnace explains things, and he even offered to and changed the air filer for me. Farnsworth doesn't do hard sell.

I was a tenant for 8 years with Farnsworth and my experiences were ok until it was time to move out. I am being charged for damages that were clearly stated broken in my move in inspection report. When I attempt to contact farnsworth they reply with \contact the owner\. I am very disappointed in how they threw out my loyalty and respect for that home.
