They ripped me off after approaching me at an event in Downtown. Promised I’d be reimbursed and then gave me the run around for around 200. How is this place even in business still

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ran into the company at a Home and Garden show and like others have stated in their reviews they completely lied about how the transaction would be handled. 1. The Rep at the show informed us that they could install the satellite anywhere, including in the yard, for no extra charge. When the installer came to install he said there would be 350 fee to install the satellite in the yard, so we opted for the roof. 2. The Rep at the show informed us that we would be reimbursed 100% for our early termination fee with Dish Network. It has been over a year and they have only reimbursed us for half of the cost. I have repeatedly reached out to them. Most of the time, I receive no response. Out of the 16 emails that I have sent to them, I have received 3 responses. 2 of the responses were to tell me that this was the max amount that they would reimburse me and the third was to tell me that a check was on the way (that was over two months ago and nothing has been sent). This company is a complete scam. The Reps that work at the shows should be informed of the company policies. Otherwise they should honor the promises that they are making with new customers.

I was pushed my Mickey 760 980 5667 @ the Del Mar Fair. I had a 2 month long issues with obtaining my refund of 50.00. I should of know this organization was SHADY when I spotted Mickey smoking pot behind the fair grounds. I have footage to prove it!!! Afterwards he returned to his station under the influence of drugs! The customer service UNPROFESSIONAL representatives @ 866 223 4731 are beyond rude. I cancelled on 6 30 2019 and I’m still waiting for refund check. I was told by Adam (Supervisor) today that he doesn’t know when it will be mailed but it was processed over a month ago!!

SCAM - don't waste your time. Terrible experience. I spoke to them at our state fair and wanted to switch cell providers to AT&T. They worked up a deal for the phones that included visa gift cards, told me how much my monthly bill would be and that they would send the phones in the mail (that I would get a tracking # for them and would see them in approx 3 business days). I never received any information so I called and that's when the runaround started. Nobody could answer my questions. The girls that answers the phone is rude and illiterate. Then, every time I called after that everyone was either in a meeting, in another building or otherwise unavailable (or they just didn't answer the phone). When I finally received a return phone call I told them I wanted everything sent to me in writing - guess what? They never called back after I said that. If you are interested in AT&T visit them directly, do NOT go through this 'authorized dealer'.
