Best VCR or VHS Player repair in Mesa, AZ. I went through the whole entire list and the Google search and called each location and once I came upon For the Low these guys definitely knew what they were doing. Spoke with Spencer and he said come on down we'll take care of you. I wanted to replace two bad VCR machines or trade them in so he took care of us and even has a warranty. I could also see from the pictures that the took care of any vintage machine plus I could tell that they have a great website as well. My parents now are going to be clients of For The Low forever. Traded in these VCR's for a fully refurbished one. Great job guys!!!

Best service in Arizona. The reason I chose this place because it's very close to my house and it has a rating of 4.6. When I talked to Spencer on the phone, he sounded very helpful. Brian took care of my VCR problem thoroughly and now it works like new. I should go to this place earlier so the VHS I converted would be in better quality. I highly recommend this place for any audio/video needs.
I found these guys through their website and was surprised to find I live a couple of miles away from their warehouse. I called and they were extremely welcoming in having me come by and look at some selections. I've been looking for a VCR for a couple of weeks to transfer some old VHS to digital. I've gone through three different VCRs that I own, before deciding to find and buy another one. I've looked through online and all the prices were ridiculous. ForTheLow.net was able to get me a Sylvania VCR/DVD combo for a great deal. So far it's been running flawlessly. I'm extremely happy to find these guys, I'll surely be returning for other vintage electronic needs.
Amazing customer service. My initial item was damaged in shipment and For The Low had me send it back and the repaired it for not cost since it was damaged in shipment. For The Low printed off the manual for the item and made sure I had batteries for the remote. Very thoughtful. Easy to reach them and they do contact you back. I would suggest For The Low to anyone that is looking for a hard to find item.
I was totally amazed with the speed of delivery for my order. Ordered on May 4 and received on May 8! It was very thoughtful of them to email me to offer assistance and to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Great Job!
Received the 6 disc cd player that I had ordered, but had to return it because it did not work properly. I called Spencer as soon as I realized this and he immediately told me that they would send me a replacement in two days while emailing me a return label for the original player. A week later I received my replacement and love it. Very pleased with the customer service.
Horrible customer service. An item was sent, after asking for it to be cancelled. The DVD player arrived, without any instructions and incompatible with any devices. I attempted to contact them on numerous occasions. I had to call repeatedly, as phone calls and emails went unanswered. I returned the product and had to resort to a dispute resolution from my creditor to obtain any refund. I wasted a lot of time, and money to return this product. Run while you can and buy from a reputable company instead.
I ordered a replacement CD player and it came quickly, expertly wrapped, and exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I recommend this company without reservation.
