She is so good at detecting what is going wrong with my hearing aid and usually gets it fixed without having to send it out. Cassie and Clarisse make a good team. I would highly recommend them to anyone that does NOT want to be pressured into buying what is the latest fashion. Instead, shown the style of aids that are a better fit for your hearing problem.
