Honestly Dominic in the front office is amazing. Gail ziv is good at her job. But the other lady that works in the front office has horrible, and i mean horrible people skills. If your having a bad day she knows how to make it worse. She is rude right of the bat and makes you completely uncomfortable. If you are dealing with a mental illness, i dont recommend this place. Doesnt genuinely care about their patients, just money.

She has been a tremendous help to our family. We have seen progress with our son that we have not seen before. I would recommend her to any family and friends.
They took a drug test (apparently they test all patients) and they said it’s free with insurance. Later they send 8000 invoice to my insurance. My insurance contacted me saying that invoice is not valid and max expenses for that test is 170. The lab who directly works with Gail (and they get samples in a room in Gail’s office) keep sending me 170 bill every month for the service I was told is free. I called the lab asking why they charge 8000 instead of 170 and their responded “our equipments are so expensive and modern, that’s why we charge more than other labs”. Later, I called Gail’s office on July 8th about that bill and asking about my next appointment. No one answered the phone and the voice mail was saying they’re on Vacation. I also called them again next day and I heard the same voice mail. One hour after my call, they called me telling that I missed my appointment and I have to pay 65 fine. Very unethical team.
Gail is compassionate and patient. She’s also very thorough and knowledgeable in her practice. I would recommend her to any of my family and friends.
My close friends have referred Gail with the highest of praise. I am so excited to have her on our families side.
