Go here, not to the Phoenix location. Like any government agency, AZGFD is flummoxed by Covid, but the Mesa branch has adapted better than some others. As of Sep 2020, the lobby is closed, but this branch has people who will come out and meet you. They even answer the phone, something that has never occurred in the history of the Phoenix headquarters. Yes, it's still the government, and yes they're cursed with the same terrible website as every other AZGFD branch, but employees here seem to make the best of things.
