I lived in this complex from 2012-2020. When I moved in in February of 2012, the complex was well kept and the residents were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, when I moved out in August of 2020, this was not the case. The grounds and buildings were not being maintained properly and the majority of units were rented. Many units were empty. The majority of tenants didn't seem to care about the property or their fellow residents. Sadly, one of main reasons I moved is because of the consistent decline in the neighborhood. Hopefully it will turn around because it could be a very nice community if the property management company and more of the residents cared a bit more. If you have more than one vehicle, parking will be an issue, and if you want to have visitors they will probably have to park a bit away from your unit. Some residents/visitors have no respect in this area and will not think twice about parking their vehicle in your assigned spot. If you are looking for a starter home or appartment then this place is definitely not too bad. I wouldn't recommend these units for more than 2 people, maybe 3 at the most, and probably wouldn't live here if I had kids. Overall, I was happy there and made some good friends. The complex could use some improvement, but it's certainly not a bad place to live.
