After returning from being out of town, we found the tank on our water softener had cracked. Water was leaking onto the floor of our garage. We contacted the company that sold us the water softener 5 times by phone; two times by email. No response to assist with a tank replacement or to honor a warranty. We then contacted the installer company. They did visit our home twice but said they could not replace or reinstall since it was not a tank they sell. Then checked on line and found Integrity Water Systems was fairly close by and does handle the type of water softener we purchased. They came out the same day that I called, inspected and verified the issue. I asked for an estimate to replacement and they gave me a reasonable price that was 600 less than the prior installer. They said they could replace the softener within two days. However, Michele called me in less than a day and indicated they could do the replacement install in the next 2 hours. The replacement was completed quickly. They also found that the original installation was done improperly and lead to extra pressure on the tank causing it to crack. Thanks to Michele and Cody for getting this work done!! Would use Integrity again!

I can believe the way this company operates. (Can you?) I've been using Integrity for occasional service on my water softener and regular service of our high pressure misting system since 2016. On 10/22/19 another company told us our water softener was not working and they could rebuild for 700 or replace for 1700 with a 24,000 grain unit (this is a company that services our R/O system annually). As soon as they left I called Michelle at Integrity for her input. She said her top of the line unit (32,000 grain) would be 1,050 installed including disposal of our old unit. I made an appointment for today, 10/23/19 for installation and had asked Michelle that when the tech, Kyle, arrived could he verify the diagnosis on the old unit. She said, of course! Here's the part you may question, at least compared to some of the possible experiences you may have had. Kyle arrived with the new unit but first inspected the current one. He said it wasn't working, but believed that 125 worth of gaskets and a piston would get it going again. Here's the bottom line; He left to get the parts and returned in about an hour, fixed the old water softener for 275 including labor and left with the new 1000 unit in his truck. I hope I don't need that new unit too soon, but whether my 16 year old unit needs a repair or a replacement in the future, Integrity is my company for life. You should get with Integrity, a diamond in the rough!

While there are a lot of different water treatment companies out there, I don't think many (if any) can deliver the same service and quality that I experienced through Integrity Water Solutions. Their team was very professional and the owner Brian personally followed up to ensure everything was in working order. Very happy with the quality and service after the sale as well. Thank you!!
