I went to this office yesterday and there was absolutely no line and the woman helped me immediately. She answered all my questions and gave me the direction I needed. After months of trying to speak to a real person on the phone at the regional IRS office it was so refreshing.

Personnel was informative.. only i was told to file an old w-2 from 2012.. i only earned 1,000that year of income.. H&r block told me that i dont have to file if under 10,000.00..

After being on hold for 7:36 seconds my call was answered by someone who asked for my name, address, and social security number and then she hung up on me! Who was that? What are they going to do with my personal information? Very scary!
