For me, this business turned out to be a mistake. Although the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable, there were misrepresentations of my product that they did not stand behind in any manner. I was told I was purchasing a premium line that was solid wood - however received solid wood on faces only, all else inside pieces are particle board. The sales rep who told me they'd be solid wood was under that impression from her supplier. When she learned she was wrong, she said \this is freaking me out\, but then she took zero responsibility in any sort of recourse for me as a customer. No recourse available, no compensation offer of any kind. Just an apology that I was unhappy.
