They are a great roofing company, but HOMEOWNERS BEWARE OF YOUR A/C. We used Johnson Roofing to replace our roof because they offered the best pricing for the job and were super prompt to begin work the following week. We did have a few hiccups - they had partially installed the wrong color shingles, which thankfully we caught early on - that added an extra day of work because they had to wait for the new shingles to be delivered. But that didn't bother us because we know mistakes happen and it's ok as long as it's resolve. What did bother us, was the state they left our A/C unit in. After completion, the A/C was left crooked, unstable - there were 2 tiny nails holding up my entire unit and a tear in the HVAC tape. We called the office and informed them of the issues, and they scheduled an appointment for someone to come out. Awesome! They ended up not showing up during our scheduled time. I called the office again and was told they were going to check on it. My call was never returned, but then the next day, I had a few random guys on the roof to fix the issues we had. - We were never notified of them coming! Nonetheless, the issues were \fixed.\ And... I've attached images of the after math of the epair.\ - what really pushed us into writing this review. Now we have what looks like cardboard or sandpaper underneath the frame to even it out, an even bigger tear in HVAC tape, and we found some of the cardboard/sandpaper in the A/C intake vent. Forget to mention, something is also wrong with the drainage pipe. We already have a stain on (at the time the photo was taken) a 2 week old roof. They earned 3 stars because overall they did a great job on the roof. Everyone at the beginning was extremely friendly and helpful, another plus from the great pricing. However, I didn't like what happened to my A/C unit, nor how they handled it after my complaint – leaving me to write this review to inform anyone else looking to use their company.
Very friendly company to do business with. I need to change one appointment. Called and was given a new appointment date. Roofers came on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up all mess. I would recommend this roofing company to all with roof needing repair. Excellent workmanship!
We had a excellent experience with Johnson Roofing, from the start with Aaron our salesman to the professional crew that came to our home. No one wants to deal with having your roof replaced but I was so impressed with the whole process. They arrived early on time and worked every minute they were here They put tarps down in the yard to catch any debris. We have pets so that's really important to us. The price was reasonable and, Even offer a cash discount. They competed the job quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend Johnson Roofing to anyone that's interested in getting roof repair, replacement done.
My new roof looks great! Their estimate was about average with my other estimates, so it was reasonable. They made recommendations to changing dormer styles to give a nicer look to my old house. I chose Johnson Roofing not only due to their positive ratings but also because they provided such a thorough breakdown of work on their estimate. The roofing crew and supervisor were all very professional. My place looked pretty clean when they left. The crew laid tarps all around the house to recover shingles, nails and staples during tear off. I've only found a couple of nails and a few staples. Here are before and after photos.
