Very happy with Dr. Alvi, quite literally changed my life after testosterone treatments started. I’m only 32 and felt like an old man, but now my life is back from my sex life to activities with my kids. Would definitely recommend seeing him if you have any issues you may think you need help with.

Amazing doctor. I had laser surgery and can urinate without a catheter. I will highly recommend him. Very satisfied .
How Dr. Alvi gets anything other than 1 star is beyond me. Doctor and staff are rude and dismissive of anything that you question. Impossible to get a call back from this office after multiple messages left both by phone and their email system. They claim that telemedicine has to be by Facetime or Skype and are not able to go over lab results on the phone. Claim insurance will not cover that type of visit, a TELEMEDICINE visit! Doctor talks bad about any other Urologist, but is exactly the same as all others, arrogant and thinks the world revolves around themselves. If you are smart you find another Urologist and leave this office behind. There are many other choices and many others are better at their job.
I had a prostate cancer consultation with Dr.Alvi, he gave me the options. We decided to go with the HIFU procedure. It's less invasive, shorter recovery time. And I'm 90 percent 4 months later, cancer free! I would highly recommend the HIFU procedure with Dr.Alvi. I can't say enough him.
I had a robotic radical prostatectomy by dr Alvi I am cancer free after 9 months He is the best robotic surgeon in Arizona no doubt !!
