I've been wanting to visit a Krispy Kreme for many years, and I finally did today! The service was friendly, the store was clean, the donuts were delicious, and I even went back for a second cup of coffee. Highly recommended!

Disappointed with my visit. When did they stop making “hot and ready” donuts on site at the Krispy Kreme store. You might as well just pick them up at the gas station and not waste your time. My recommendation is a hard pass. Go to a local donut shop and get a fresh donut. The apple fritter is also a hard pass. Donuts are only good if they are made on site.

Great workers, clean store. This place doesn't actually make the donuts, which kind of sucks but it seems like most of the bad reviewers don't pay much attention to what's going on around them

I’m not sure how a doughnut shop runs out of doughnuts before 11 AM on a Saturday. You make the doughnuts...just make some more. I really like Krispy Kreme, but they’re making it hard lately.

Arrived at the store at 7:00pm to find out they are out of donuts on their Labor Day special weekend. Nothing in the coupon says \while supplies last.\ While you tried to do something wonderful for the community during a pandemic -- it must have really been about your bottom line. I'm in your parking lot watching car after car drive up to read the sign taped to your order screen that says that you are out of donuts -- and just drive away... I hope you find a way to do this better next time. Going to stick to Bosa's.
