Great doctor! I was very pleased with my visits with the doctor and the PA. I was seen within two weeks of scheduling an appointment. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to me and my wife. I came in for hair loss and she took the time with me to explain the differences and types of hair loss and treatment options. I have been to other dermatologists and was pleased with this office specifically as she was very articulate, thorough and precise. She also found precancerous moles on me and my wife and educated us on skin which we are grateful for. Extremely happy and will definitely recommend this doctor to anyone looking for a dermatologist who cares about your well being.

I was researching for a Dermatologist and found Dr. Zaina Rashid. All I can say is I was in the best hands possible. From the first phone call to the office, I was treated like a priority patient. The staff and nurses were so very helpful. Dr Rashid was great, she takes her time with the patient and she is a great communicator. In today’s world, this is hard to find. She has the best bed side manner and she is talented beyond compare. If you need a specialist who will go far and beyond for her patients she would be the one you would want to see. Highest compliments to Dr Rashid, if I could give her 10 stars I would.

I went to Dr. Rashid in the summer of 2019. She and her nurse were impatient with my questions about my cancer screening. It was also misrepresented to me that my insurance would cover the entire cost of my visit, so when I started receiving bills I was confused. I called and it was misrepresented to me that the debt would be cleared, so when I started receiving calls from debt collectors I was angry. Do not go here if you are unsure when your insurance covers. This practice will get you on the hook for debts you should not owe.

Very unprofessional office. I went for my first consultation and needless to say it was very disappointing. I was expecting to see Dr. Rashid on my first visit and instead I got greeted by her Physician Assistant. I was very surprised, since in the past the front desk would ask you if it is OK if the physician assistant sees you or you rather see the doctor. The PA was rude, very insensitive and did not listen to my concerns. I decided to give them another try and for my second follow up I asked to be seen by Dr. Rashid. Instead, I got two clueless medical students that were not familiar on how to conduct a medical consultation. Then again, the front desk failed to inform me that they had some medical students rotating and if it was ok for them to take the initial consult. When Dr. Rashid finally came in to the room, the first thing she asked is why I did not like her PA in a very condescending matter. She then goes to asked why I chose an open back wedding dress and why I have not taken care of my acne all these years. At that point, I was just holding my tears. First, I just moved to Arizona and I was being followed by another dermatologist in a different state. Second, I came to you for help not to be scolded and I am not expecting miracles, but just help. I wish I listened to my gut and looked for another dermatologist after my first consultation. The physician assistant is a reflection of how she is as a doctor and her bedside manner. Please read the other bad reviews, because it was definitively a very similar experience. I do not recommend this dermatologist office at all. The PA and Dr. Rashid are very insensitive, rude and not professional. If you have adult acne this is not your office. Please look for another dermatologist.

I made my first appointment here about a year and a half ago. They have been so incredibly helpful from the start. I went in because I had a dry patch on my forehead for 2 years and just thought it was dry skin. I went in to ask for some cream or whatever theor recommendation was since I tried so many things. Dr Rashid immediately said \well thats not dry skin. Do you want to do a biopsy now or later?\. I wad totally thrown off because I had no idea it was that serious. She took a biopsy, and went over a routine for me to do because I am so fair skinned. It came back as basal cell carcoma and I would need them to remove the whole area. I got in for my removal visit, and they went over all of the details with me on what to expect. Since mine was larger I had to finish with a plastic surgeon to close it up, but they did an amazing job! I am so lucky to have gone in, and have seen a doctor so experienced she immediately could tell it isn't what I thought it was for so long. I've had many follow ups over the past year and they are just so pleasant, and thorough at their jobs. Thank you to everyone there!
