Always a delight to come visit. Maintainence is always on site every morning, with the upkeep of the Apartments and property. Very quiet, safe and yet affordable, All the condos at Los Racimos, have large balconies on every floor, along with fire places on the third floor. Elevator's and three sets of stairwells accessible in every building. Swimming pool and hot tub available year round. Plenty of grass, doggy bags and area to walk your animals. Nice

I have rented two different condos and both seem to have problems with dealers locally and vandalism. Parking is an issue despite assigned parking and signage that tells you to pull in but residents do as they please. Sometimes tenants take your spot. Stray cats have walked on my vehicle. Minor maintenance issues in parking lots like lighting haven't been repaired/replaced after reporting. The condos are well constructed, spacious, with great layouts. Each condo was/is fairly quiet and the landscapers work at least twice a week. Hall areas are cleaned weekly, but stairwells need better ventilation. Elevators are usually clean and working. Mail areas are centrally located. Plenty of places nearby and ease to highway is the best. Overall, I'm comfortable and secure inside the condo. I constantly worry about the security of my vehicle as the only time you'll see Mesa PD is for someone's issues. No patrols have ever been seen otherwise despite patrol signage.
It's so 'hood it's charming. Pay no mind to the security guard who smokes next to a 'No-Smoking' sign.
My husband and I recently moved into this community into a privately owned 2 bedroom renovated condo and we have loved it so far. The hallways are a little dark, but it is generally clean on the grounds and for the most part it is quiet. The only complaint we have is a couple who live across the hall from us who are constantly fighting and yelling in the hallway in the afternoon and late at night.
