Friendly staff and prompt service when moving in. The apartment complex has a safe feel about it. I order packages a lot and feel confident that they will be at my door when I get home. The actual living space is just perfect. It’s modern and all the appliances are in great working condition. I’m so happy with moving in here. All the neighbors I’ve met are friendly as well and it’s quiet. Great place!

Lived here 2 years, the mngmnt people in general, including maintenance seem better and more friendly than rated here. There is just one person who I agree is always omg McGrumpyface, who these bad reviews are probably referring to. The laundry machines are a disaster,; half them seem to be broken at any one time. My last visit a few days ago, I called and reported two broken after one ate my money. The exercise equipment is nice but also more broken lately. This is a high crime area (per public police maps.) They installed alarms, but that is another 45/mo on the already soaring rent. As far as bugs, yes, but mngmnt have been good about tracking and spraying for them. The basketball and pool are probably louder and more often used than you might think, so be cautious about that if you consider those units. Some of the A/C units are ancient garbage also, mine has stopped functioning twice (picture uploaded). Come on, guys.
Thank you so much to Brenda and the outstanding team at Madera Point for helping us through the crisis that was our movers. They took 6 months to bring our things and when they did show up it was out of the blue without any notice. Since my partner and I were both away, Brenda hightailed it to find our truck, she talked to my partner and helped alleviate some of the stress. Love living here and now we can FINALLY start making our apartment into our home.
If you’re looking to rent someplace preferably cheap, then Madera Point is an option. The cons far outway the pros to live here though. The apartments are infested with roaches and we constantly had our dish washer break and flood even though we had it “ fixed” twice. The maintenance guys are really nice though. Residents mostly keep to themselves and the basketball court can be a bit noisy at times but I personally don’t mind it. My main gripes are the bugs and the lack of communication with the main office. Not only are the two front desk women rude but they also do not make it a priority to get back to residents regarding issues, rent questions etc. If your looking to rent somewhere in Mesa, I’d skip Madera Point.
This is a great place to live if you are looking for a nice spacious floorplan,easy access to any and every store you want right outside your door. Not only is this an excellent place to live, the staff makes you feel right at home, especially Mrs. Beverly Lisenbee who if it were not for her this wouldn't have been as easy to do.
