This is a fantastic development! Prices here are cheap compared to what you could find in Tempe. The light rail stop is just a block away that commuting to ASU is a breeze.

The units include things that are options or upgrades in other projects. Window Blinds, Ceiling fans, upgraded baseboards and epoxied garage floors. Oh, and I almost forgot, Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The units look great and the project is a true jem on the light rail. The construction is first quality and the floor plans are fantastic.
The location to the rail line is great here. I have to be honest, the quality of the build is not impressive. These homes seem as if non professionals built them. The quality is sub par. They do however offer some nice upgrades.
