Got a much needed massage and was great. Pedro is strong and able to get to the deep spots that needed work. Felt safe with masks and very, very clean in the spa.

Previously I rated them a one star. I am updating to a 5 star due to the wonderful service I received from the manager, Karen. She was able to understand and resolve an issue regarding my account. I feel she went above and beyond to help me out. Great massages BUT make sure you understand the contract you’re signing!! After your 12 payments they continue to charge you every month until you send in a cancellation form, which of course takes 10 days to process.
After their COVID 19 reopening, they refused to refund unused membership. They had few therapists available, and I had to dispute with my bank. All but 1/2 of a session were eventually refunded. I would NEVER use these people again, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER
I've been a Massage Envy member long enough to know to appreciate every therapist for what each specializes in, and Melanie (Melonie?) specializes in perfection! I should know better than to spread such secrets & risk her availability being booked up, but this woman needs recognition! She has med-strong pressure & has a very warm personality. I felt at ease & loved my relaxation massage so much, i fell asleep a few times! I had been considering cancelling my membership, but after a few sessions with Melonie (Melanie?), it has reminded me the benefits of a monthly massage & has renewed my excitement to prebook with her in advance. She's magic.
Treated like a king during my facial. Mentioned I had a slight headache and during my facial I got a great temple massage. The room is clean and quiet. Very quiet.
