We live out of state. Our brother died suddenly and we just weren't sure how to handle it. I called Melchers/Dignitymemorials. We had very difficult circumstances and it dragged on a little while. Peggy, Liz and David worked very hard to make this process as easy as possible.. I thank them so much

Trying to satisfy family of all women is not not an easy task in itself. Peggy made it all almost a breeze. She put up a beautiful setup for all the girls to say good bye to mom when they came in from Michigan. Then, when everything came in, that we ordered, Peggy had it so beautifully set up in the chapel, I cried. Mom would've been so happy. I know us girls were so very blessed.
Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and compassionate. Peggy was very helpful. Since I was out of town, all paperwork was handled by email and went very smoothly. Thank you!
ryan harkey took total control of the meeting. I was impressed with his knowledge of the product. was able to answer any question promptly . I would be proud to have him as a member of my team. my wife & I left the meeting with a good feeling we accomplished our goal. GOOD JOB RYAN.
My husband passed away on June 11, 2019. This was the worst day of my life. I contacted Melcher Mortuary to get some information on his final arrangements. Liz the lady who answered my call was very professional and referred me to Peggy. We talked for a while and Peggy gave me all the information I requested. After a day or so when I made my decision whom I wanted to entrust my husband to, I called Melcher Mortuary to handle his final arrangements. I have only good things to say. Peggy went through everything and showed genuine compassion. She made this experience a very positive one. Peggy handled everything in a very professional and timely manner. I would definitely recommend Melcher Mortuary Mission Chapel and Crematory.
