Need help... Call these guys! Awesome service friendly, and knowledgeable. Showed up in the time block scheduled, equipped with PPE, and called to say they were on the way. Their dispatch service is honest, and professional. Thank you guys so much for doing what you do with efficiency, and care. Received additional information, and gained some knowledge. Josh W. not only quickly performed my annual routine maintenance, he also answered every question I had on \how does this work\, \do I need to do that\, \where can I find this\, etc. etc. Josh W. not only knows computers, he helped me out with my Fire/TV, and a huge problem with an iPhone/iCloud connection that none of the \experts\ could figure out. 15 seconds is all it took him. 15 seconds. Blows my mind. All the techs I have used at Karl's Technology have been good. I have been with them for years and years. Josh W. was the best!

They really fixed me up and did it Super Fast (24hrs). Hard drive crashed. They really seem to know their stuff there. I definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks guys!
