I was trying to find a place to get my car registration and I will tell you that the customer service there is horrible the girl that answered the phone was rude and she supposed to be the first impression?! No thanks!!

Like everyone else commented, the man who runs it is very friendly and efficient. I had no wait even right before close. Although I did not walk out with my transfer title or registration, he gave me exactly what I needed to correct it and without any initial documentation charge. I'll be back

I cannot say enough good things about this motor vehicle service. Everybody wants their life to be simplified and they want more time to do the things they truly enjoy doing. If you are one of those people like me I implore you to come and use the service. The incredibly kind and considerate manager, Meryl, had me in and out the door in less than 5 minutes. Don't make the mistake of choosing another service whether you live in Mesa or not make this place your first stop for any MVD service that you might need. Life is too short to waste your time with businesses that don't really care about you.
