I am a East Valley Dial A Ride customer first time I had these guys they were superb. I am already looking forword to ride with them again down the road.

What a terrible experience. Was supposed to be picked up at a specific time. Was called to say one of their vehicles had a maintenance problem. There was no backup and had to wait an additional 45 minutes at the clinic after a procedure. I would not recommend this company, nor will I use them again.
