Called Lee and his team and were given a breakdown of what the service would consist of over the phone. He came out and gave a quote that blew all of the other companies out of the water and was very genuine in his recommendations on what to do. He was easy to get in touch with while we figured out scheduling and came and finished the job quickly and without hassle! Even scheduled around our roof repair and worked with our quick timeline due to us moving. Highly recommend to anyone needing any sort of mold remediation!!!! Lee was great! He saved my family from mold poisoning! Very knowledgeable on the situation which is why I chose him over the competition. Absolutely THE BEST!!! The most knowledgeable of all of the mold remediators the we have encountered. Outstanding team and it's very much appreciated that they treat you like a human being. Having mold or going through a mold remediation is extremely stressful. It is a HUGE relief to have a company that understands this and is as trustworthy and knowledgeable as they are. They take their work very seriously and they care. I cannot recommend them enough. Our family is incredibly grateful. I will say it again, they are by FAR, hands down, THE BEST!!!
Mold Neutralizers did a fantastic job for us. Lee is very knowledgable in the area of mold and was very insightful for us. He came very quickly after I requested a quote via the Yelp tool. Several of the tested areas came back positive for toxic mold, so my wife and I decided to have Lee and his crew take care of things for us. They did it in a timely manner and very efficiently. He communicated with us throughout the process, sending us pictures of the molded areas they remediated. (We were staying in a hotel while they did the remediation because I'm in a wheelchair and couldn't get around while things were torn up.) When they were done and we returned home, the house was extremely clean and ready for the subs to come and renovate the place. The remediation process itself was well shy of a week! During the post-remediation process, which included replacing our old flooring, we found an area in the laundry room that looked questionable when the flooring was removed. We called Lee and asked him if he would be willing to come and take a look to see if it was mold. He did that same day and put our minds at ease finding that it wasn't mold. That's great customer service! We highly recommend Lee and Mold Neutralizers!
