Lot's of fake reviews here. This place is a death trap. You send your family members here for extended care, but all you get is a bunch of do nothing so called nurses who don't want to deal with your loved one. They shove them in a room hoping they die before the nurses have to do anything for them. Worse is with covid they won't let you come and visit to see how badly of a job they are doing. We have filed a complaint with the state, waiting for an investigator to be assigned, then a lawsuit. Media won't cover it as they protect the fake health care workers. Their auto response is a waste of time. They didn't even respond to the email sent to them with suggestions. They are the worst.

I want to let others know how impressed I am with Montecito staff. My niece has received great care while being at the facility. I especially want share how thankful I am to Cameron for seeing a matter through and consistently getting back with me. Cathy was also great about keeping her word to follow up on things. I was very surprised on how they handle things, putting the care of their patients first. Thank you!
My sister was sent here after being at Promise. I’m sad she was moved to this place, I need to find out how my sister is doing. They don’t answer their phones at all!!!! Staff is not caring !!! If left here I’m afraid my sister won’t make it!!! Please send her back to promise. It may not be a pretty place, but at least they cared and took great care of my sister. I want to get call and someone answer!!! I need to get her out of here ASAP
