Squeezed me in short notice for a chain and sprockets change. I had the parts in hand. Exact fit master link chain. Easy job I just felt lazy and I'm on the road with limited tools. Good customer service. However, they attempted to charge me two hours, over 200 dollars!!! I was only there for an 1.5 hours and my bike was still sitting around after the first 30 minutes. The gentleman helping was quick to adjust the price to 1 hour and agreed it seemed steep. That was very nice, but naturally one may question a shops integrity after such an experience. If I didn't say anything I was getting taken for a ride. My chain was also too loose for my liking, but that's not really a big deal. The mechanic offered to tighten it real quick. I just know from experience this exact chain stretches quite a bit out of the box.

Take your bike here if you want the best service. They really take care of you and ensure you don’t get things your bike doesn’t need. Was told at a dealership I desperately needed a brake flush and took it here and they said I still have plenty of mileage before then. Can’t recommend them enough!

I bought my bike there and I was happy with it. But I wanted something more.I spoke to the guys in service and they made it simple to get what I wanted. New pipes,, handle bars,, lights,etc.. They weren't cheap but they made it reasonable. They made my custom bike into the custom bike I wanted to ride, and they worked with me the whole time.A lot of places are rip-offs but these guys towed The line and I couldn't be more satisfied ..10 Stars to you and the other Crew members..
