UPDATE: I received my order today! They apologized, sent overnight and even offered to refund expense. No need. I just wanted the order filled. Thank you! I am upgrading my review, not completely since I did have to get upset to get handled. On Jul 25 I ordered a rack for our shuffleboard pucks, well here I am Oct 15 and it still has not arrived after excuses regarding vacation, errors, shipping today and a tracking number will follow shortly and so forth. I call and they are not available. Mom does the books and son handles the orders, so I guess M&S stands for Mom and Son? I am fed up and initiating a complaint and reversal with my VISA card.
