I am in the unfortunate position of drowning in debt and not being able to get ahead, and when I was threatened with a garnishment I knew it was time to do something about it. I spoke with Ray first and he was very helpful with beginning the process and got me scheduled within 2 days to get the bankruptcy process started. I spoke with Misty the next day and was able to get all my documents in and she was incredibly helpful! Ryan helped me today and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He was able to get my case filed today and I was able to make payments on the fees, which is a huge help being in a financial bind. Ryan has answered all my questions, even those I thought of after the fact and has been very kind in doing so.
