100% wonderful customer service. We showed up at 8:30am and filled out a few waivers. The owner asked which vehicle was ours and to my surprise while she gathered our paddles and life vests, others began loading the boards on our car. Talk about feeling important! They were busy and it was seamless. Upon return, exact same thing. The boards are amazing. We watched other paddle boarcs on the lake and these ISUP boards were heads above them. They were easy to paddle and they don't sink into the water. 2 of the males with me were 6 foot 4 and about 190 lbs. We were impressed. Mind you, this was our first experience paddle boarding. My 5 and 4 year olds had a blast and it was an incredible family day! By the time we got to the shop my kids had passed out from the exciting and long day. Just what the doctor ordered for mommas birthday . Thank you No Snow for the amazing experience!

Their prices for renting are awesome and their purchase prices are comparable to other shops - even if they were more expensive, I WOULD pay it because they are quality people with quality product.

Great location, fun loving staff, best prices on gear, custom stable boards for new paddlers and the experienced, and starting point of the best and biggest organized paddles in Arizona. This is not just a great locally owned shop. This is a family dedicated to educating kids starting this lifestyle, supporting advanced athletes competing, and everyone in between.
