Phone always busy. Can't ever get through. I need a different service than just a battery, which is why I needed to call first. The reply saying come in for a free battery completely ignores the possibility that what a customer needs something else, and doesn't give customers a chance to communicate their ACTUAL needs without wasting everyone's time. Thanks but no thanks
