My child was a client of Not Only Words Therapy. The owner, her husband and the rest of the staff are unprofessional, incompetent, and highly unethical. A priority of money over the client’s best interests. Note the review from Ryan Collins is the owner’s son. Beware!

Highly unprofessional. Massive lack of communication. Change of therapists frequently. I would not recommend. Edit to owner's response- my child has been in therapies for the past 3 years. We've had amazing success with other companies like Cardon's, Nelson Pediatric Therapy, Stepping Stones (just to name a few!) You're right, I'll go give those guys the 5 stars THEY deserve. The fact is that YOUR therapists & your management are negligent in communication with a parent. Your therapist quit after 1 single session and informed management but not the family, the new therapist attempting to schedule didn't even know my name, our schedule needs, or that the former therapist had just quit. And your response to my review- blaming that you have 1000 families to work with and accusing me of being difficult to work with is laughable. Take responsibility, a simple phone call could have avoided this. Additionally, this was the 3rd therapist to leave with zero notice so clearly y'all are going through a high turnover right now.

I have been working at Not Only Words Therapy as an Employee for over 2 years now and have loved every minute of it. This is my first experience with a therapy company and they were tremendously helpful to me as I transitioned from being in the military to the civilian sector. Everyone who I have had the pleasure to work with is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Each person I have met, from parents and therapists to case-workers and care-givers, has had so much passion for their role in helping our members collectively become more self-sufficient and prosper as a result of their therapy. While I primarily work in the clinic, I have had the pleasure of working for members and therapists in both the clinic as well as home-based services across Arizona. I would refer anyone I come across, whether you’re a seasoned Physical Therapist or SLPA just starting out, to Not Only Words Therapy.

My son started receiving OT at Not Only Words over a month ago. The staff and atmosphere are excellent. We just requested to start PT here as well because we love this facility so much. I highly recommend them!
