It was simply wonderful! I went to Celebrate my sister's birthday where we were met by nothing but hospitality and amazing manners, our server Amy was absolutely amazing and I would love to Send her praises to the moon and back. If there is any restaurant I would recommend it's definitely Osaka. The way they celebrate birthdays is Immaculate, and the cake they serve is absolutely delicious. the way they sing Happy Birthday is absolutely wonderful my sister says it was one of her best birthdays ever. (All photos taken of chefs where asked for and granted it wasn't sneaking I promise consent was given)

Went for a birthday party and they did their best to accommodate. It's very dark in the dining area and I'm sure it's the atmosphere they are trying to create. The food was delicious and the show was good.
Our server was fantastic... the sushi was awful!!!! We eat sushi on a pretty regular basis and this is by far the worst we've ever had! We didn't have any actual fish in our rolls. The server went to his manager on our behalf not requested by us. We weren't looking for a free meal we just wanted to enjoy our food. We watched the interaction between the server and the manager in which she shook her head and denied whatever request he was making. We ordered 3 rolls and had 1 piece of each of our rolls. She never approached us, didn't apologize, didn't try to fix it. We threw the rest of the food away. We left our server a great tip but will never return.
Absolutely the best food. Amazingly entertaining. Totally worth every penny. We almost forgot cash to tip the chef! 20 tip for a thousand dollar performance, I'll take it every time. We only come on birthdays, it's my daughters favorite place. Love the birthday song even though no mask because of covid. Cold beer and saki, just a perfect atmosphere.
Everything started well. We were seated immediately as soon as we showed up. A server was there with menus and drinks fairly quickly. And the food came out quickly, but that is about it. Our server may have been having a bad day because after the food came out he never came by again until we were finished. He never asked how was the food. He never offered or asked if we needed more water or a refill. There did not seem to be any sign of common decency you would expect and normally get from servers. Not sure if it is due to lack of training, a bad day or something personal. As patrons we are trying to do our best during this pandemic to support our restaurants and those employees that need these jobs. And we would expect an enjoyable experience with the staff and not just the food. The type of service makes or breaks your experience at a restaurant.
