Whenever something went wrong he reached out right away and made sure that our product came out to our standards. he spent on the first day 1 1/2 hours helping us and going through page after page of rings. The store owner was honestly one of the nicest people I've met! He was able to quickly help me with a necklace repair and was extremely friendly--legitimately a wonderful experience, considering he did a fantastic job with the repair. (During this season, they also have very nice masks!) I'll definitely be stopping by for any future jewelry needs, as well!
