Mesa Central store very well maintained, associates masked, associates ALWAYS sanitizing something, gymrats not so much. 50% of members wiping down equipment properly others barely. Spray bottles seem to be diluted too much, not sanitizing affectively Associates very CLUB friendly. Especially Angel, she makes your day when you walk in and out the door. Holler out to Ken and Peter also, gr8 associates. I especially like how the associates work so well with the manager addressing any issues brought to his attention. I can only imagine the rest of the associates that do a gr8 job that I don't see when I workout.

Very neat and exciting, 1st time I've been to a place like this since the beginning of the pandemic. The staff here are polite and professional and very helpful. The best part is I didn't have to buy a membership I came in as a guest now I want a membership.

They have definitely been accommodating to the clients during the pandemic. Hey have awesome employees and the gym is ALWAYS clean!!!! Love it!!

I've enjoyed Planet Fitness for years and have been consistently pleased with the level of service, cleanliness, and facility in six different locations. My current location, central Mesa, has had the added challenge of maintaining a safe environment through this pandemic, including rebooting twice due to mandated shutdowns. Even with the extra burden that this imposed on staff schedules, they have always had personable, professional people on the floor to keep the place clean and assist clients. Since October, Brandy, the new manager, has been exceptionally proactive in all of these issues and makes us feel valued and respected, showing a personal interest in our experience while maintaining the quality of staff and current additional health protocols. In addition to PF's transparent membership policy and no-pressure attitude, this level of service has kept me a loyal member. Thanks, Brandy, and to the PF Mesa crew.

Would have been 5 star , we just can't bring guest even with black card to massage machines.
