I went in for a money order and it was free! And Carla and the ladies were so kind that I thought why not check on getting my title and registration transfer done there as well. I was not prepared but a young lady told me everything that I needed to bring. I go back on this past Wednesday and a different person was just as helpful! It was very quick and I was in and out with a screw driver and screws for my temporary tag! Keep up the good work you guys! Thank you all for doing what you do with a smile during these chaotic times!

End of day Friday and they were fully staffed to keep people moving, and overall this pls seems to be the quickest in the valley, the employees actually hustle and try to make your trip fast. Huge difference compared to the one up on Camelback, that store has a bunch of slow employees who don't care at all about taking care of ppl. On a different occasion I went there [Camelback] and some doof working there told me I couldn't get any of my money without my card no matter what after waiting nearly 40 min in line, so I came down to this store in mesa and in half the time I spent waiting to get nothing done this store helped me report my card lost, got me a temp replacement and had me out the door with the money I needed. Not to mention it's cleaner and I've never seen people trying to sell you mexican food on your way in and out every time you pull in at this location.

I find it so convenient that their western union is paperless. Those forms i used to fill out were so annoying. Thank you Carla for your outstanding customer service and helping me get in and out lesd then 5 mins

Yesterday I went in to cash my checks and Kalotia helped me cash it. She offered me the services, she is very friendly. She convinced me into signing up for their prepaid cards, I left the store with not 1 card but 2 cards for me and my daughter. I love that I can have full control of transferring funds to my daughters card online. I will definitely look for Kalotia everytime I go there. It was her smile and great customer service that did it for me. Thank you Kalotia.
