NP Kim is thougough and dedicated to you as her patient. She leaves no stone unturned until she is sure of diagnosis, and treatment. I've suffered from silent asthma all my life and have been to several pulmonologist. I know a good doc when I meet one.

I have only met with Doctor Thomas Kunelis one time so far but I was impressed that he cares enough to spend time understanding the issues and explains what the best course of action is based on his experience and testing. When you need a Pulmonary doctor go see Thomas and let him know I recommend him.

Both my father and husband have been seen by NP Locher, and she isn’t the problem with my low rating. Today we found out my father has a large abdominal aneurysm that will need surgery very soon. He needs to be seen to see if he’s healthy enough to survive surgery. I explained this to the person who answered the phone but still no appointments until sometime in November, no mention of maybe seeing another doctor or location-just no openings. This is so unacceptable! So now I’m having Iora find us someone else. This place apparently does NOT care about their patients- the receptionist could care less.

What a bizarre place. Weird doctors and staff. Billing was confusing and when I met with the Doctor he wouldn’t let me get a word in, just talked in circles. Since I saw I wasn’t going to have the opportunity to explain why I was even there I just shut up and let him talk. Defs not going back.

Great staff. Paper work is easy to fillout. If any Equipment is required, they fill out the form and send it to the vender with all the facts, So you get fast, and accurate, health services. They are on top of their complaints.Trustworthy and their vendors are trustworthy. Never any insurance problems, accurate and honest.
