Dr. Mireles seemed to be with it as well as his NP was. However his staff would probably be suited to doing something different which would require less responsibility on their part. I have repeatedly requested information be sent to my PCP which Dr. Mireles stated would take place. But when I call, his staff act as though they never heard from me before. I was also there for a V/Q scan and was told by staff in the main floor lobby that this was done on the 5th Floor. When I discovered this was in error I went down to Dr. Mireles office and asked where I was supposed to be going to get the scan. They couldn't even tell me. I ran into employee in the main hospital who worked in patient transport and he got me to where I needed to be. A Request for Information was sent from my PCP's office and there has been no response as yet.

Doctor Mireles was nice, but office staff is completely incompetent and tude. Have been waiting 4 months for test results on bloodwork. Called multiple times and keep getting the run around and sent to someone's voicemail. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I have a hefty bill for services which I never recieved. Take your business elsewhere, after all, you are paying for a service, one which most likely you will not receive here.

I met with Dr. G. Andrew Sulit and he put my mind at ease. I had been struggling with varying degrees of pneumonia complicated with asthma for many months. He was kind, understanding, and took his time to ask me questions about my lifestyle I had never though would correlate with my condition. He also took a great deal of time with me to explain the reasoning behind what caused my illness and the steps he was going to take to make me whole again. I am a very overly sensitive patient and expect doctors to have an extremely high level of professionalism when dealing with me and he exceeded my expectations. Such a nice man. I am happy to have found him.
