Don’t put signs on your broken down fitness equipment that says “temporarily” out of service if you have no intention of ever fixing them. I’ve been here for 5 months and nothing has changed or been fixed during that time. Fix it. I’ll send another review in month noting any progress.

I have only been here for 3 months now, but so far so good. Marci and Annie at the office have always been professional, friendly, and very helpful! Also, Eddie in maintenance is very kind, and quick to get the job done. Of course these are still apartments we are talking about, so sometimes the noise from stereos in the parking lots gets to be a bit much, a few small maintenance issues, and other things related to apartment life, but so far I can actually see me staying here for a while.

Will raise your rent a crazy amount Every. Single. Year. Don't plan on living here long term. It has gone way downhill the past few years. Very poor communication between management and renters. If you live downstairs you will hear every single thing your upstairs neighbors do. Everything. Smells carry between apartments as well and the odors are horrible. Don't walk away from renting here - run.
