Paid 10 for me and my young son to go in the flo rider. I have never been on one and with social distancing guidelines there is a restriction I assumed on how many people were riding it for the hour time slot. I got there and they said they would show us but when we walked over to the lifeguard, both were busy life guarding and there was a line of about 20 kids out there and absolutely no social distancing. What a disappointment. I would expect maybe 5-10 people reserved at a 1 hour time slot. When I asked the lifeguard for some help, She was rude and couldn’t understand a word she said under her mask but she never got up or moved to talk to me or anything. It just wasn’t a good experience and the pool was dirty. They obviously don’t skim the bottom and clean it even though they’re only open on the weekend for public swim. When she talked to me, all I made out was grab a board and walk on the wave. Very disappointing when I was told they would show us what to do. we paid 20 to swim essentially in the pool for an hour due to no Customer service with the ride. Even when I walked away to go to the pool she never came up and asked if I needed any additional help or anything like Hamilton would have. Needless to say we will not drive an hour to come here again, even if there is limited pools open right now. I wonder how many more people paid and did the same thing I did. How can you use restrictive measures requiring reservations but then not even socks distance at the pool? There wasn’t enough room there for 20 kids to be 6’ apart. That’s a personal space bubble. This is why we have diseases, people getting packed into small spaces because businesses want to make a larger profit. Ick after everywhere else social distancing being enforced I didn’t even want to stand in that line with a bunch of kids on top of me and my son in our personal space. You guys need to really reconsider how you do business

This place is fun, it's where the Dobson swim team meets to practice, so I go there every week day with my friends, at least until the swim season is over.

when I called Rhodes aquatics center a young woman picked up my phone call. Upon answering the young woman was absolutely sincere as could be when answering all my questions so politely, told me everything I needed about the flow rider and then about the pool it self overall great person place and staff.
