I recently purchased an Outdoors RV 22FQS from Robert Crist, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Tom Shoemaker was my \RV Consultant\ and we clicked right away. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me time to look at the rigs with no rush. I had been to a few other RV dealerships and right away got that \used car salesmen\ feeling and left...Tom was NOT like that at all, he was personable and very helpful. I couldn't pick my rig up for 2 weeks due to my schedule and having a solar package installed, Tom's communication was perfect, always just a text away to answer any questions. Travis, my RV tech, was the one installing my solar package and getting the RV ready for me. He was very helpful and professional, he did a perfect job. He gave me my walk through and switched out hitches for me as well, he was a big help!!! They also lined my old RV up with my new one to make \moving day\ easier for me. Thanks Tom and Travis...it was a pleasure, I look forward to working with you all again. Oh, and even the painful part...finance, wasn't that bad. Robyn did her best to make it not so painful. Thanks to everyone at Robert Crist....you made a big purchase and what could have been a stressful transition for this full time RVer easier and less stressful than I thought it could be. Thank you!!! :-)
