The short version: Excellent work, affordable rates, friendly service. The long version: I like shiny things and I like watches. I reached out to a local watch repair shop and my request for a quote to polish my watch bracelet to a chrome-like finish went unanswered. I called around until I found Russell who polishes stainless steel watches and watch bracelets among other things. Russell exceeded my expectations and I plan on taking more of my watches and watch straps to get polished. Brushed stainless steel is so boring! There probably isn't anything that's made out of metal that Russell can't polish, and when it comes to watches, he's top notch.
Took my old aluminum Robinson BMX bike to Russell, it was dull and had some scratches and a few little dings from over the past 20 years. Picked it up yesterday and it looks amazing! Looks like a mirror and no signs of the old scratches. It literally looks brand new again.
